From WordPress to Webflow, without losing your SEO.

Why migrate

Less maintenance, more time for your content.

If every WordPress update worries you, or the website has become slow, Webflow solves the problem at its root.

  • No plugins

Forms, SEO and CMS are built into the platform: fewer parts to update.

  • Faster

Clean code and hosting on a global network, for pages that load quickly.

  • Visual editor

You edit copy and images right on the page and see the result straight away.

  • Rankings kept safe

URLs kept, 301 redirects and meta tags carried over one by one.

What’s included

What I move, and how

A good migration starts from a precise inventory of what you have.

  1. Audit of the current website

Pages, posts, content types, plugins and URLs, before touching anything.

  2. Content and CMS

Posts, categories and repeating content become CMS collections in Webflow.

  3. Design

I rebuild the website as it is today, or we refresh it during the migration.

    About the redesign
  4. URLs and redirects

I keep the URLs Google knows and set up 301 redirects for the ones that change.

  5. On-site SEO

Titles, descriptions, structured data and sitemap carried over and checked.

  6. Domain switch

I move the domain only once the website is ready, then check forms, links and indexing.

Method

The migration in four steps

  1. Audit

An inventory of the WordPress website’s pages, content, plugins and URLs.

  2. Mapping

Every content type finds its place in the Webflow CMS, field by field.

  3. Rebuild

Pages and templates built in Webflow, content imported and checked.

  4. Switch and checks

Redirects, domain and sitemap. Then I check in Search Console that everything is indexed.

FAQ

Questions about the migration

Can’t find the answer? Write to me and I’ll get back to you.

Will I lose my Google rankings?

No, if the migration is done properly. I keep the same URLs where possible, set up 301 redirects for the ones that change and carry over titles, descriptions and structured data. After launch I check in Search Console that the pages are indexed.

How much does it cost to migrate a website from WordPress to Webflow?

From €1,000. The price depends on the number of pages, how many posts there are and the features to recreate: after the audit you get a detailed quote, with no surprises.

Does the website stay online during the migration?

Yes. I build the new website alongside the old one and move the domain only when everything is ready and checked.

What happens to my WordPress plugins?

We replace them with Webflow features or external integrations. Forms, SEO and CMS are built into the platform; for special needs we work out the best solution together.

Can I keep my current design?

Yes, I can rebuild it exactly as it is today. If the design is a few years old, the migration is also a good moment to refresh it.

Do you also migrate HTML websites or other platforms?

Yes. The method is the same: audit, content mapping, rebuild in Webflow and redirects so you don’t lose your rankings.
