Le Terrazze Treviso

Website for a new residential complex, from UX/UI design to Webflow development.

The context

Le Terrazze is a new residential complex in Treviso: 42 flats in energy class A4, with garden terraces and interiors designed in partnership with Molteni. With .exd I built the website that presents it to people looking for a home.

The website has one clear goal: to make people want to see the flat and turn that wish into an enquiry.

My role

I handled both the UX/UI design and the Webflow development, from page structure to launch.

The solution

It’s a one-page website that reads like a brochure: the complex, the interiors, the technical features, the location and the flats. Photos and renders fill the space, the copy stays short.

Enquiring is always one click away, from the first screen to the last section, and the full brochure can be downloaded straight from the website.

The page follows an orderly heading hierarchy and copy that gives concrete answers (how many flats, which energy class, where): a foundation that helps SEO as well as GEO and AEO, meaning how well answer engines understand it.

The result

An elegant, direct website that presents the complex as it deserves and guides visitors all the way to contacting the agency.
